
Homer Watson House & Gallery, built in 1835, is the homestead of Homer Watson, Canada’s first noted landscape artist. The Gallery, constructed in 1906, is one of the oldest operating galleries in Ontario. Today HWHG presents a series of local, contemporary art exhibitions and a museum space dedicated to Homer Watson. Visual art programs, special events and rentals are also offered to the local community. HWHG is open to the public Tuesday – Sunday, 12:00 – 4:30.
