On October 15, come and join Cambridge Galleries on The Art of Architecture and Wine as we escape for the day to the Niagara region.
Our first stop will be Jackson-Triggs Niagara Estate Winery where excellence in wine meets excellence in design! This one-of-a-kind tour is ideal for the wine and design enthusiast, and provides guests with a backstage pass to explore their state-of-the-art winery designed by the renowned architectural firm, Kuwabara Payne McKenna Blumberg (KPMB). Then it’s off to picturesque downtown Niagara-on-the-Lake with ample time to have lunch and take a stroll through this unique heritage town. After lunch, we board the bus and take a short drive to Southbrook Vineyards where we will enjoy a guided tasting through four wines that exemplify Southbrook’s philosophy. We will also tour their facilities which include the winery and hospitality pavilion designed by Jack Diamond of Diamond and Schmitt Architects, the architectural firm which also designed Cambridge City Hall and the future Drayton Theatre.
